Paul Soares

Paul joined Westminster Asset Management in April 2020 as Head of Operations, with his remit expanding to Commercial Director from January 2025. He brings over 20 years’ experience across regulated wealth management and adviser solutions, having held senior roles at LGT Vestra (Jersey) and Brooks Macdonald International / DPZ Capital. He leads the operating platform supporting the firm’s commercial execution, including workflows, reporting, custody and banking networks, broker relationships, client reporting, fee billing, third-party dependencies and core business controls.

Working closely with the CEO and COO, Paul translates strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring growth initiatives are supported by robust governance, operational resilience and clear accountability. His background combines operational leadership, commercial judgement, adviser proposition development, and CRM and investment-management systems, with delivery across the Channel Islands and international markets serving private clients, intermediaries and introducers.
