Miguel joined Westminster Asset Management as Chief Operating Officer in July 2021, bringing more than 35 years’ experience in financial services across global investment banking, hedge funds and private client wealth management. He joined from Brooks Macdonald International, where he was Executive Director of Risk, Governance and Legal, and has previously held senior roles including Director and Head of Compliance at LGT Vestra Jersey, Head of Legal and Compliance at DPZ Capital, and Company Secretary at Morgan Stanley Europe.

Miguel’s expertise spans business risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and corporate acquisitions. His experience supports the operational and control frameworks that underpin the firm’s service to private clients, families, trusts, fiduciaries and institutions.
